At the moment, our website only has Ashley Furniture products that are ready for immediate delivery. We carry dozens of other companies not promoted on our website, which can be viewed at any of our store locations. We also carry a wide variety of mattresses in every size and many different styles, sizes, and comfort levels.

What is your return policy?
We offer returns on any products, with the exception being mattress and mattress sets, within a ten (10) day window from the date of delivery; the product(s) must still be in good condition and in the original packaging with no damage to the product(s). Original store receipt is also required, and the returns are only redeemable for store credit.
Are all of your products shown on the website?
Our website only shows Ashley Furniture products, but we have many other manufacturers available in our physical store locations.
What is the warranty on your products?
All of our products have a warranty, unless specifically noted in the product description. If you have a question pertaining to warranties on products, your question can be answered by either sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at (607) 369-3295. Please make note of the item number and description and provide them in your query.
Will my product be assembled?
The Catalog Outlet, Inc. can assemble your product before delivery or pickup, if the product will not be too large when assembled. Bunk beds do require a setup fee to assemble on delivery. For pricing on assembly, contact us at email@example.com or at (607) 369-3295.
Is there a charge for delivery or pickup?
There is a charge for delivery, which can be determined by calling us at (607) 369-3295; or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In-store pickups do not have a charge associated with them, but if you would like to pick up your purchase at a certain location it could take a few days for the product(s) to be shipped to another location.
If I choose to assemble my own product, what tools will I require?
Most products that require assembly usually include most of the tools that are needed for assembly. Additional tools that could be beneficial to assembly include: hammer, screwdriver, wrenches, etc. A power drill can also be helpful during the assembly procedure.
Why the stores are named ‘Catalog Outlet?’
This is because we have a large selection of in store manufacturer’s catalogs to browse through. We also stock over 1,000 items for immediate pick up or delivery. Special orders from the in store catalogs can take from 2-10 weeks depending on manufacturer and circumstances.
